Cholesterol test
is a fatty protein in blood that can lead to blockage of blood vessels where a high level. Information on blood cholesterol levels may help gauge the health of the heart and relative risk of heart disease. There are two types of cholesterol is HDL, or High-density lipoprotein and LDL or low density lipoprotein. HDL cholesterol is 'good' and may protect against heart disease, while LDL cholesterol is the "bad." higher LDL levels may be a risk of heart disease. This test can be performed as early as age 20 with the frequency of testing every two to five years depending on the normal level. If the level is normal, the test should be repeated every six months or according to doctor's instructions.

Blood pressure
This check is very easy and important. Information is essential to avoid serious diseases, such as 'stroke' and coronary heart disease. Research shows that one in every five adults, about 50 million people worldwide have high blood pressure. When blood pressure exceeds 140/90 mmHg, it can be very stressful on the heart and in the long term this situation can be dangerous. This inspection is not about age, but good start in early adolescence with a frequency of once a year if under normal conditions or under doctor's instructions if the pressure is not normal.
Blood tests for diabetes / diabetes
These blood tests should be done in the fasting state. This examination is known as "Fasting blood sugar. 'If the results show a high level, your doctor will advise you to undergo tests of glucose tolerance test' to confirm the symptoms of diabetes. This examination involves the taking of blood after his given sugary drinks. It can be done at the age of 45 years if you have no risk factors of diabetes as being overweight or a family history of disease. If you are overweight and family history or symptoms of diabetes, you need a blood test this early. The frequency of testing is every three years for those who are normal.
Bone density test
Men may also experience problems reduced the strength of bones known as osteoporosis. "Studies show that after age 50 years, six percent of men have a problem hip fractures and five per cent experienced problems due to osteoporosis, spinal fractures and the percentage increases with advancing age. When age is increasing, minerals such as calcium in the body will start to decline. Added to the problem of decreasing levels of testosterone that causes brittle bones. Male 65 years should have already undergone this test. However, men who are at risk of osteoporosis patients taking drugs such as 'corticosteroids' or had suffered a broken bone should be tested earlier.
Colonoscopy Examination
Colorectal cancer is cancer affecting the colon and lower bowel (rectum) often attack man, and it can be treated if detected early. To detect at an early stage, one must undergo a colonoscopy. This test involves tools such as a camera tube inserted into the rectum and then into the large intestine. Through this examination, the entire colon can be inspected and any signs of any tumor or colon cancer can be detected and take a biopsy if necessary. It can be done at the age of 50 years if no risk factors.
Eye examination
There are many diseases that can cause blindness such as glaucoma can be prevented with regular eye examinations. According to the Academy Oftahmologi United States (U.S.), there are approximately 43 million Americans suffer eye problems due to aging, and only about one-third of people undergoing regular eye examination. It can be done at the age of 18 years with a frequency of one to three years in accordance with the age of 18 to 61 years depending on the doctor's recommendations. For diabetics, the risk for vision problems is higher and they should undergo more frequent inspections.
Examination of the testicles
Testis cancer often strikes men between the ages of 15 to 34 years. If detected early, 90 percent of patients with cancer of the testicles can be cured. This check can be done alone by holding the testicle between the thumb and index finger, the surface of the testicles should be considered to detect bumps, the area became hard or enlargement of the testicles. If there are signs that, you should see a doctor. Inspections conducted after puberty with frequent every month.
Examination of prostate cancer
Checks should be done. First through a physical examination in which doctors insert a finger into the anus to see if there are bumps on a hard object which indicates the occurrence of prostate cancer. Blood screening tests are known as "Prostate specific antigen '(PSA). Consult your doctor before choosing to undergo initial PSA test. This check can be performed at the age of 50 but must be done five years earlier if there is a close relative such as father, brother or uncle who has cancer.

Snow is a type of precipitation within the Earth's atmosphere in the form of crystalline water ice, consisting of a multitude of snowflakes that fall from clouds. Since snow is composed of small ice particles, it is a granular material. It has an open and therefore soft structure, unless packed by external pressure. Snowflakes come in a variety of sizes and shapes. Types which fall in the form of a ball due to melting and refreezing, rather than a flake, are known as graupel, with ice pellets and snow grains as examples of graupel. Snowfall amount and its related liquid equivalent precipitation amount are determined using a variety of different rain gauges.
The process of precipitating snow is called snowfall. Snowfall tends to form within regions of upward motion of air around a type of low-pressure system known as an extratropical cyclone. Snow can fall poleward of these systems' associated warm fronts and within their comma head precipitation patterns (called such due to the comma-like shape of the cloud and precipitation pattern around the poleward and west sides of extratropical cyclones). Where relatively warm water bodies are present, for example due to water evaporation from lakes, lake-effect snowfall becomes a concern downwind of the warm lakes within the cold cyclonic flow around the backside of extratropical cyclones. Lake-effect snowfall can be locally heavy. Thundersnow is possible within a cyclone's comma head and within lake effect precipitation bands. In mountainous areas, heavy snow is possible where upslope flow is maximized within windward sides of the terrain at elevation, if the atmosphere is cold enough.

Most people perceive snow simply as frozen water. Delving in a little deeper, snow is actually a form of precipitation in the form of ice crystals. These ice crystals are hexagonal prisms that form when snow freezes up. Prisms are formed due to the molecular structure of water. As these ice crystals are formed, they come down in one of the following forms:
  • Snow crystals -- Individual, single ice crystals, often with six-fold symmetrical shapes. These grow directly from condensing water vapor in the air, usually around a nucleus of dust or some other foreign material. Typical sizes range from microscopic to at most a few millimeters in diameter.
  • Snowflakes -- Collections of snow crystals, loosely bound together into a puff-ball. These can grow to large sizes (up to about 10 cm across in some cases) when the snow is especially wet and sticky. A snowflake consists of up to 100 snow crystals clumped together.
  • Rime -- Super cooled tiny water droplets (typically in a fog), that quickly freeze onto whatever they hit. An example of this is the small droplets of rime on large snow crystals.
  • Graupel -- Loose collections of frozen water droplets, sometimes called "soft hail."
  • Hail -- Large, solid chunks of ice.
If you read ski weather reports, you have heard many different types of snow mentioned. From packed powder to granular, it can be difficult to know what kind of snow is actually being mentioned. However, knowing the types of snow is important if you want to know what you'll actually be skiing on. Below, the different snow types are explained.

Corduroy - Corduroy is the finely ridged surface of the snow after a snowcat has groomed a ski trail.
Corn Snow - Typically seen during spring conditions, corn snow results from cycles of nightly freezing and daily thawing. This snow is wet and granular, and as it melts more in the day it may become sloppy and heavy.
Crud - Basically, crud is powder that has been skied on. Think of crud as powder that's been trampled. It's snow that is uneven, packed down in some places, and piled up in others.
Crust - Crust is soft snow that has a layer of harden, frozen crust (hence the name) on the top. Crust can be from a number of things. Freezing rain, direct sunlight, or the melting and refreezing of the top layer of powder can result in crust.
Powder - Powder is freshly fallen snow that is very light. Formed by tiny snow flakes, it is extremely soft. Many skiers love powder.
Packed Powder- Packed powder is snow that is compressed and flattened either by skier and snowboarder traffic or by grooming equipment.
Slush - Slush is snow that is starting to melt, and it's very heavy and very wet. Some would say that slush doesn't even look like snow, and those who've seen slush during spring conditions know how difficult skiing in slush can be.
Granular Snow
  • Loose Granular Snow - Loose Granular is small, loose pellets of snow that is created by the grooming of wet or icy snow.
  • Wet Granular Snow - Wet Granular is very wet snow, often found in spring conditions. This snow will form a snowball.
  • Frozen Granular Snow - Frozen granular is frozen snow with a consistency like sugar.
When heavy, wet snow with a snow-water equivalent (SWE) ratio of between 6:1 and 12:1 and a weight in excess of 10 pounds per square foot (~50 kg/m2) piles onto trees or electricity lines – particularly if the trees have full leaves or are not adapted to snow – significant damage may occur on a scale usually associated with hurricanes. An avalanche can occur upon a sudden thermal or mechanical impact upon snow that has accumulated on a mountain, which causes the snow to rush downhill en masse. Preceding an avalanche is a phenomenon known as an avalanche wind caused by the approaching avalanche itself, which adds to its destructive potential. Large amounts of snow which accumulate on top of man-made structures can lead to structural failure.During snowmelt, acidic precipitation which previously fell into the snow pack is released, which harms marine life.

How Make Hair Grow

What causes excessive hair loss?

A number of things can cause excessive hair loss. For example, about 3 or 4 months after an illness or a major surgery, you may suddenly lose a large amount of hair. This hair loss is related to the stress of the illness and is temporary.

Hormonal problems may cause hair loss. If your thyroid gland is overactive or underactive, your hair may fall out. This hair loss usually can be helped by treatment thyroid disease. Hair loss may occur if male or female hormones, known as androgens and estrogens, are out of balance. Correcting the hormone imbalance may stop your hair loss.

Many women notice hair loss about 3 months after they've had a baby. This loss is also related to hormones. During pregnancy, high levels of certain hormones cause the body to keep hair that would normally fall out. When the hormones return to pre-pregnancy levels, that hair falls out and the normal cycle of growth and loss starts again.

Some medicines can cause hair loss. This type of hair loss improves when you stop taking the medicine. Medicines that can cause hair loss include blood thinners (also called anticoagulants), medicines used for gout, high blood pressure or heart problems, vitamin A (if too much is taken), birth control pills and antidepressants.

Certain infections can cause hair loss. Fungal infections of the scalp can cause hair loss in children. The infection is easily treated with antifungal medicines.

Finally, hair loss may occur as part of an underlying disease, such as lupus or diabetes. Since hair loss may be an early sign of a disease, it is important to find the cause so that it can be treated.
  1. Make sure you have certain minerals and vitamins indicated as beneficial to hair growth in your diet. These daily nutrients include, but are not limited to, the following: 15,000 IU vitamin A; 50 mg each vitamins B3, 5, 6, and 12; 2 g vitamin C; 800 IU vitamin E; and 50 mg Biotin.
  2. Get adequate sleep. Your body uses the time you are sleeping to repair, restore and refresh, and sleep will help your hair grow.
  3. Limit the amount of stress in your life and learn how to handle the stressors that are present; stress can slow down hair growth and make your hair weak and brittle. Exercise, meditation, yoga, deep-breathing exercises and stress-management classes are all recommended strategies for dealing with stress.
  4. Keep your face clean, moisturized and exfoliated to allow for good facial hair growth. Steam opens up pores for easier cleaning and closer shaving. Exfoliating removes the dead skin cells and keeps your pores and hair follicles clear. This will allow better hair growth and limit the incidences of ingrown hairs. Moisturizer keeps your skin healthy, which allows for better hair growth. If your skin is dry and flaking, you will have more ingrown hairs, and your facial hair growth will become stunted.
One of the biggest myths about black hair is that it doesn't grow or grow as quickly as other types of hair. All hair grows an average of ½ inch per month, but it's how you treat your hair that determines how much you'll retain. Some women swear by vitamin regimens that call for popping pills all day long, while others cut their hair according to the phases of the moon. There's no mumbo-jumbo involved in hair growth. All that's required is your commitment to healthy hair practices and treating your hair with TLC. Here are 11 tips you can use to grow your hair longer and stronger:

Follow a Healthy Lifestyle
Get Regular Trims
Use Moisturizing Products
Low Manipulation
Use Protective Styling
Stay Away from Heat
Use the Right Tools
Condition, Condition, Condition
Relax with Care
Go, and Stay, Natural
Wear Gentle Styles

Keep your hair in excellent condition. Seeing a hairdresser regularly to have your hair cut and styled will keep it in top condition. Hair in good condition gives the impression it's longer even if it's not because it looks good and has no split ends, etc.

Be kind to your hair. Your hair falls out of its own accord (approximately 70 to 150 hairs daily),but you may be pulling it out faster as a result of the things you do to it. The gentler you are with your hair, the less chances it has to fall out excessively.

Maintain good food nutrition or boost it by taking a daily multivitamin. Your body needs several building blocks in order to produce a healthy head of hair, and you can easily meet your body's requirement by eating a balanced, nutritious diet, of by taking a multivitamin consistently if you are not eating well due to illness, etc. Keep in mind, however, that it can take several months to notice the results, so don't get discouraged.

Avoid dramatic weight loss. As you shed pounds, you also shed hair. The dramatic changes that your body undergoes when it loses weight quickly (the change in nutrients, the stress involved) can cause your hair to thin. Diets low in protein and iron (for example, very low-fat diets) and also those high in protein but low in fruits and vegetables (for example, Atkins) that result in dramatic weight loss can also trigger significant hair loss. Instead, keep a balanced diet, and focus on gradual calorie reduction (one or two pounds a week)

Relax. Stress is a common cause of reversible hair loss. When you experience physical or emotional turmoil, it can take anywhere from three weeks to four months for the results to show up in your hair. It is important to relieve your stress.

Address any pressing health issues. Hair is a strong indicator of overall health. Many nutritional deficiencies can cause hair growth to slow, and can cause hair to thin. Hormonal problems such as hypothyroidism and PCOS can also cause thinning. If your hair has gotten seriously thinner, or stops growing for more than a few months, discuss it with your doctor as soon as possible.

i shouldn't have ever looked at you
i should've ran away
i should've acted like i didn't hear it
like something i couldn't hear, like something i can't hear
i shouldn't have listened to my heart

you showed me love without words
you gave me your love without words
you made me hold my breath, waiting for you
but you ran away like this

without word, love leaves me
without a word love throws me away
what should i say next?
my only closed lips were surprise
coming without words

why does it hurt so much?
why does it keep hurting?
except for the fact that you aren't here
though everything is the same

you showed me love without words
you gave me your love without words
you made me hold my breath, waiting for you
but you ran away like this

without words love leaves me
without a word love throws me away
what should i say next?
my only close lips were surprised

without a word my tears fall
without a word my heart breaks
without word a word i will wait for love
without a word love hurts me
i zone out, i become a fool
because i cry as i look up the sky

without a word goodbyes find me
without a word goodbyes come to me
i couldn't even prepare to send you away
i think my heart was surprise
without a word it came

without a word it went
without a word it left
like the fever before
I'll just hurt for a while
since only scars will be left in the end
